A very quick update on ALL THE THINGS.

First, the picture of donuts is a red herring. Sorry. I just wanted you to click through to the post.

We are most of the way through the process of becoming an official 503c! Things are exciting and filled with lots of legal paperwork that our board has been working on. What does this mean? It means we will be able to better advocate for SBHCs in Massachusetts, with insurance companies/community health centers/legislation. We are here to be YOUR VOICE so let us know what we can do!

We are putting out a newsletter that will be (hopefully semi) regular to keep you up to date in addition to our blog here and Facebook posts. So for those of you who have the same level of use of Facebook as Congress does you'll be kept in the loop! Don't worry, for those of you who delete every newsletter or hit the legally included unsubscribe button we will still post to Facebook. We'll keep you up to date on the latest SBHC openings and events this way!

Really what we need and what we want is YOUR participation! Please let us know what you want. Is it more networking events? CMEs? Donuts? Broccoli? Wine? News about funding and grants you can apply to? Just like during the November elections if you don't speak up your voice won't be heard. Comment below, on Facebook, or @ us on Twitter.
